Seo Hyun-jin adalah seorang aktris dan penyanyi Korea Selatan. Seo memulai debutnya sebagai vokalis utama dari girl grup Korea Selatan, M.I.L.K pada tahun 2001 dan berlanjut hingga grup tersebut bubar pada tahun 2003. Dia menyumbangkan lagu sebagai artis solo setelah grup tersebut bubar sebelum dia beralih ke akting pada tahun 2006.
Seo membuat debut aktingnya dalam musikal The Sound of Music (2006) kemudian diikuti oleh penampilan di beberapa serial televisi dan film. Dia terkenal karena peran utamanya sebagai Oh Hae-young (soil) dalam serial TV komedi romantis Another Miss Oh (2016), yang mendapatkan pengakuan yang lebih luas, melodrama medis Dr. Romantic (2016–2017) dan drama romansa Temperature of Love (2017) dan The Beauty Inside (2018).
